- How much weight will I lose & in what timescale?
Most clients aim to lose a couple of dress sizes / 1-2 stone / 6-12kg over the first 3 months. However everyone is individual & everyone has a different amount to lose, so it varies per person. Ultimately our goal is to achieve steady, sustainable fatloss that lasts long-term, and that’s what the plan is set up to do😊
- How much does it cost?

- I feel like I’ve already tried everything but nothing works… why is this going to be different for me?
This was designed specifically for women in midlife, with expert knowledge of perimenopause, menopause, nutrition, weightloss, and fitness, and uses the same principles that I’ve successfully used with numerous other women who also felt nothing was working for them (such as the women you saw in the testimonials above)
- I’m already really busy – will I be able to fit it in?
Yes! I understand that the majority of women in midlife have verrrry limited time and multiple responsibilities to meet, which is why I designed a plan which works smart with easy-to-follow steps that fit into day-to-day life. Most clients work full time, have a family & caring responsibilities and of course want to fit in a social life too.
- I want weightloss but I also want to FEEL better… will this help with that too?

- What about if I work shifts / have to travel for work?
The plan is designed to be flexible, as has successfully been used by women who work shifts & who have to travel a lot for work – including both national and international travel.
- Do I need a gym membership or lots of equipment?
You don’t need a gym membership unless you want one, because this plan gives you home workouts which can be done with minimal equipment and still achieve results. You’ll be given a short list of recommended home training equipment (basically a set of resistance bands, a dumbbell & kettlebell) – you definitely don’t need to spend a lot or buy things like benches!
- Do I have to calorie count?
On this plan you’ll be using a non-calorie-counting approach which is easy to follow, enables you to eat the same food as the rest of your family, to eat out, and to get great results. When I work with private 121 clients, I cover both this approach and calorie counting targets, and many prefer to use this approach longer term as it’s so simple and effective, while still being personalised to the individual. It’s actually the approach I use myself to effortlessly manage my own nutrition. However, calorie and macro counting can sometimes be of value too, so if once you’ve been following this approach for a few months you want to discuss moving to a calorie and macro approach, we can do that.
- Does it matter what stage of perimenopause or menopause I’m in?
No, it’s designed to work with the hormonal changes of perimenopause and menopause, so whether you think you’re in perimenopause, or are already post-menopause it will work for you. It doesn’t matter whether you’re experiencing a natural menopause or whether you’ve had a hysterectomy, medically-caused menopause, or early menopause – it’s worked for women in all these situations.
- What makes this different from other plans & programmes?
Most diets & weightloss plans fail to take into account the unique hormonal context of perimenopause & menopause – which is why they fail to give you effective, lasting results (and often destroy your energy levels & metabolism in the process!)
