Hi,
I’m Niki Woods

I’m a former HR Manager turned peri/menopause and midlife wellness educator, author, and coach of midlife women.

I’m a regular guest speaker for the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development), associate trainer for Age Scotland on menopause, and I work directly with businesses and organisations to improve menopause awareness, education, and support for employers, managers and colleagues, and to support improved midlife wellness and healthy ageing through lifestyle.

I also coach individual clients to improve their lifestyle, health, mindset, and confidence during perimenopause and beyond with an integrated approach covering fitness, nutrition, mindset and habits-based coaching.

And I’m the founder of Best Midlife CIC, a Community Interest Company which supports women to better understand their menopause, to become fitter and stronger, and to age healthily, through projects funded by the National Lottery, Sport England, Active Ageing, Leeds City Council, and Sported/Flutter.

A member of the International Menopause Society, double-qualified nutritionist, and qualified personal trainer, I’ve featured in Woman’s Health, Men’s Health, The Daily Mail, OK Magazine, New Magazine, BBC Radio Leeds, The Irish Examiner, Woman’s Own, Yours, BBC Radio Scotland, Woman & Home, Metro, The Observer, the Mirror, the Express, Yorkshire Evening Post, Talk Radio, and several podcasts speaking about menopause, nutrition and healthy lifestyle.

I run Your Best Midlife a 1500-member free Facebook group dedicated to supporting women in midlife, The Man’s Guide To Menopause a men only Facebook group to support and educate men around menopause, and am the author of The Man’s Guide To Menopause – Everything You Need To Know But Were Afraid To Ask – a book on menopause written specifically for men (but actually a very useful read for women too).
