You get a personalised progressive exercise plan & personalised nutritional & lifestyle targets, one-to-one coaching & much more, regardless where you are in the world.
Online client training plans can be written for effective home training or gym-based training, even if limited equipment is available. You’ll get access to my online exercise tutorial library PLUS if you want to switch from home-based to gym training (or vice versa) I’ll re-write your plan for no extra charge.


How it works
After a FREE consultation where I gather information to understand more about you as a potential client, where you’re currently at, and the goals under consideration, I’ll then confirm whether I think we are a good fit to work together.


Once the coach/client relationship is confirmed, you’ll submit initial starting data, and then be sent a personalized nutrition plan based on start point and goals, as well as a workout programme and other healthy lifestyle targets.


Communication is key with distance coaching. We keep in touch on a regular basis to monitor progress, discuss any issues, and make any necessary adjustments.
Online coaching is a great way to gain accountability and personalised guidance while not being tied down to set timeslots or locations, but it isn’t for everyone – I provide personal support, guidance, and accountability, but the client has to be self-motivated, organized and disciplined to make it work.
I provide the tools, support, and adjustments but it’s up to you to stick to the nutrition and exercise plan and to communicate any issues so we can work to address them and move you forwards.

Minimum sign-up for online coaching is 3 months, and thereafter is on a rolling monthly basis.
